Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Pure Comfort, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and exchanges guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is included

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like lingerie, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products

  • Lingerie, bodysuits, or pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings)

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at help@purecomfort.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos if the item is damaged or defective

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team

  4. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable service (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective)

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you by email

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • If your desired item is unavailable, you can choose a refund or store credit

  • Exchange items will be shipped after we receive your returned product

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos and a brief description of the issue

  • We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit—in most cases, no return shipping is required

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your payment provider (processing may take time)

  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at help@purecomfort.com
